Order Processing

Order Processing Times
Most items at Woodland Belle are handmade to-order AFTER your purchase.  Please check item descriptions for specific order processing times. Typically, orders take 5-8 business days before they are ready to ship.
 Due to COVID-19 related delays, many U.S. orders are taking longer to arrive than normal. These delays are beyond my control, and I appreciate your understanding. I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. If you need an item for a special occasion please be aware that it may not arrive in time.

You can check out using all major credit cards, or Paypal. 


Shipping Rates and Service
U.S orders ship via USPS Priority mail or First Class, with delivery confirmation and tracking.  For exact shipping costs, please use the "Estimate Shipping" option on the cart page.  Please note that most orders require Signature confirmation, to ensure safe delivery.  Most shipping carriers are experiencing delays, and even expedited services are not guaranteed to arrive by the delivery times stated. Please anticipate delays.

International Shipping & COVID-19 Info:
Update: Due to COVID-19-related delays, I am only shipping to limited international countries at this time.  Most shipping carriers are experiencing delays, and even expedited services are not guaranteed to arrive by the delivery times stated.  International orders may take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Order Tracking
Delivery confirmation with tracking is standard with all U.S. orders. International orders shipping via USPS Priority mail come with limited tracking.

Rush Processing
Due to the handmade nature of each item, I do not offer rush processing.  Please check current processing times within each item description.

Gift Packaging
All orders arrive beautifully gift-boxed and ready to give (or keep!) If you would like a complimentary gift message to be included, please type your message in the Comments space provided while checking out. (Gift messages are printed on slips of paper.) If the item is to be a gift, mention this and the order receipt will be left out of the package.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives and it does not meet your expectations, Woodland Belle will accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Buyer pays for return shipping. In most cases shipping charges and import fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis; please inquire for more information. Orders that have been customized are non-returnable. Prior to returning an item, please inquire first to request a return authorization.

Custom Orders
You have the option to customize the colors of many of the designs in my collection.  Other small customizations can be considered. Please inquire to discuss possible options.
