Q: Do you offer your items wholesale, or quantity discounts?
A: At this time, I am not accepting wholesale orders or offering quantity discounts.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: I am not able to accept custom orders at this time, however I would be happy to make your item in an alternate color. Contact me to discuss possible options.
Q: Do you offer a newsletter, or special discounts?
A: Yes! Please sign up here to be added to my list. Newsletters go out approximately once per month, and include details on new and upcoming designs. Most newsletters include a discount coupon.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Woodlandbelle.com currently only accepts Paypal. Paypal is a secure checkout method and you can rest assured that your transaction is safe. Woodlandbelle.com does not see or have access to your credit card information. Please note, that you do not need a Paypal account to place an order. Q: Is your website secure?
A: All transactions are processed through Paypal, and not directly on WoodlandBelle.com. Paypal is a secure checkout method and you can rest assured that your transaction is safe. Shipping
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: All U.S orders will ship via USPS Priority mail, with Delivery confirmation and tracking. Priority Mail is an expedited shipping service, with 2-3 day delivery time in the continental U.S. Shipping rates will vary according to the quantity of items ordered. Your final shipping rate will be reflected during checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International customers are welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: For reasons beyond my control, most orders to Canada, Australia, the UK, and Germany average 6-8 weeks for delivery. Please be aware of these extended shipping times.
For all international countries, please note that you are responsible for all customs fees and duties. Please be aware of your country's customs policies prior to purchasing from Woodland Belle. Delivery times will vary depending on your country's customs regulations. For all international orders, please allow up to 8 weeks for package delivery. Packages are not considered "lost" until 8 weeks have passed from the shipping date.
Q: Why is your international shipping rate so high?
A: Due to recent high theft and/or missing parcels occurrences, All international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is an expedited service of 6-12 days (according to the United States Postal service.) This is a safer method of delivery which includes a label number that verifies when your package was shipped. Full tracking, however, is not available at this time.
Q: Can you put a lesser value amount on the customs form or mark my package as a gift, to avoid having my package delayed in customs, and so that I don't have to pay duties/fees taxes?
A: Sorry, no. I do not falsify customs forms.
Q: What are your order processing times?
A: Because most items are handmade to-order, most orders ship within one to two weeks after purchase. Please check item descriptions for specific order processing times. Thank you for your patience as I create handmade accessories just for you.
Q: What about gift-wrapping and packaging?
A: All orders arrive beautifully gift-boxed and ready to give (or keep!) If you would like me to include a special gift message, please indicate so in the message to seller section of your invoice while checking out.
Q: Does Woodland Belle use Eco-friendly packaging?
A: Yes! I love the earth and I know you do too. My boxes are made from over 80% recycled materials, and my tissue paper is made from 100% recycled fibers. My box filler consists of natural paper shred made of over 70% recycled fibers.
Q: Do you ship with insurance?
A: All U.S. orders valued at over $100 will ship insured at no extra charge. At this time, purchasing insurance during checkout is not available. The cost of insurance is not included in the shipping price. Insurance is not automatically included with international orders, but can be made available upon request.
Q: Is my order trackable?
A: Delivery confirmation with tracking is standard with all U.S. orders.
Q: Can you expedite my order? I need it fast!!
A: I ship all U.S. orders via USPS Priority mail, which has an in-transit time of 2-3 business days. However, please check current processing times within each item description, as I need time to create your items. If you need an expedited shipping method, please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: If your order arrives and it does not meet your expectations I will work with you. I accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Buyer pays for return shipping. I do not refund shipping charges or fees. Returns will be processed through Paypal. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact me for more information. I do ask that you contact me to request a return.

Upon purchase, these rights, including the right of duplication, do not transfer to the owner of the artwork. Evidence of copyright infringement will be investigated and pursued through necessary legal actions.
PLEASE NOTE: Woodland Belle jewelry and accessories are composed of small items and are not suitable for children under the age of 3. Please do not allow children to play with items purchased from Woodland Belle, in case of accidental swallowing. Thank you!
